Satisfied Customer Reviews

We have built the most secure, convenient, and cost effective storage facility in Mason City. Take a look at what these happy customers have to say about us. We appreciate all of our tenants!

Even with some bad luck with several weird situations, Matt and Julie have been available and willing to help with whatever needed. The bad luck issues weren’t anything they could have prevented. I appreciate their open communication and that, while still learning about the business, have gone out of their way to be great owners.

Very great and very sweet nice manager to work with when it comes to the price checking on what space you need for storage so Don't wait until it's too late pick up the phone and lets make a Deal

Love River City Storage! They are such nice people and respond quickly when called or sent a message. Very nice units and reasonably priced! I recommend them anyone I know looking for a storage unit.

Clean secure brand new buildings. Well lit with LED lighting. Friendly owners who are willing to go the extra mile to accommodate.

Excellent rating plus! Very friendly and all around great people. Highly recommended!
